A group of 7 motorcycles met Sunday the 24th for a spirited ride through the country south of San Antonio, starting on hwy 16 at 410. The weather was cool and cloudy but the road was dry. We passed through brush country on several small country roads, saw ranches and old churches and lots of wide open spaces. Very little traffic along the way. Stopped a few times for munchies and gas, and had a nice late lunch in La Vernia before heading back to San Antonio.
